We went backpacking this weekend to Jefferson Park (around Mt. Jefferson). It was a beautiful hike but it was pretty tough. While I'm out there I can't wait to be home, and when I'm home I can't wait to go again. I just need to get in shape!! And get charlie his own tent.

Julia...you are becoming quite the hiker/backpacker! How awesome. It looks like tons of fun. We can't wait to see you this weekend. We will save you a spot. Hopefully the weather will be hot so that we want to play in the lake...and pull your big guy around on the tube. Fun, fun!
Absolutely beautiful scenery! I am so happy you are having fun and enjoying that BEAUTIFUL State of Oregon! Poor Charlie... he looks wiped out!
