Was that a compliment??

Coworker: You look nice today Julia. Are you wearing more makeup today or something?

Me: Ummmm...... no.

Not quite sure how to take that. Men are clueless and oblivious. I wanted to say no, you drip, I died and cut my hair. But so far that's the closest thing I've gotten to a compliment over my new do. (Besides Brett of course) :)

I was going through my pictures today and I found some good old pictures I thought I'd share with y'all. So here's kind of a review of what we've been up to since moving to Oregon.

HOT WINGS

I've been in somewhat of a blog slump lately. I haven't had anything to post about for a while... hence the reason you've been staring at Brett in his pj's for a week. So... when nothing exciting happens to me, I have to resort back to picking on Brett. Sorry Chris, I know you disapprove, but a girl's gotta post :)

He's actually been begging me to post about him for a while now, and most of the time I say "sorry honey, but that is not blog worthy.") For some reason I don't think any of you have this problem.

Well the other night we made some hot chicken wings. Brett's favorite.

That's right folks, he's this sweaty from CHICKEN WINGS.... not any sort of physical exercise.

Before you think I'm wierd for taking pictures of my baking... Brett took it. This sort of thing makes him proud. Teary eyed proud. That boy loves cinnamon rolls! But who doesn't right?
