We had an eventful diaper change this morning. I've been laughing over this video all day, so I thought I'd share. What's even funnier is that Brett was on the phone through the whole thing.

We love this little guy!

Jaron is such a good baby! Last night he only woke up twice and went right back down after chowing down his bottle. We are so thankful for the wonderful woman that was so selfless to give us and this baby such a gift. I am really amazed and beyond grateful for her. I love being a mommy!

He loves tummy time. Nothing like the stink bug position to relieve some gas :)

Maui Nov 2009

Our trip to Hawaii was heaven.

We took a boat out to some awesome snorkeling spots. We saw whales on the way to the reef and giant sea turtles and lots of beautiful fish and coral.

Heaven. :) I relaxed on the beach and Brett kayaked. On the last day we went out on the kayak together and Brett paddled while I held onto the back and snorkeled.

We drove the road to Hana and stopped at this hut and spent about 53.00 on banana bread and ice cream. I may be exaggerating, but not much. It wasn't as bad as our hotel. They charged 22.o0 for a pint of ice cream. And that's NOT an exaggeration!

We head home tomorrow from our baby moon in Hawaii. Here are the top 5 memorable moments so far.....

1. Brett telling a Polynesian "gracias"
2. Brett stepping on a snail the size of a baseball
3. Brett almost getting in a fight defending his spot in the New Moon line. (Don't mess with Brett and his Twilight!)
4. Brett and 5 little kids playing on the rope swing in the pool
5. Snorkeling and seeing a turtle the same size as Brett

Halloween Party 2009

California

First off, I dont think California got the memo that it's October.. almost November. It's freakin hot here! But that's ok, I got to play auntie all week. I love these kids!!

Also while I was here my moms threw me a baby shower. We're so lucky to have such wonderful, supportive, generous friends!


I noticed a theme in the gifts we got. I sure hope this kid likes football!
