Okay OKAY

Before I get disowned from the blogging community for not updating, let me explain..... I was too busy having fun!


First, we went on a handcart trek for 3 days! THREE! Now that was some serious camping. I could barely get out of my comfy bed of rocks the 2nd morning because I was so sore. But it was awesome. Unfortunately I didn't get any pictures for fear of ruining my camera, but there was a photographer there that took tons! A couple days after that we went to California for Brett's sister Nicole's wedding. We had so much fun, I decided to stay an extra couple of days. Here are just a few of the pictures I got...

Today was a good day

It started out with the new Harry Potter book being delivered to my doorstep at 9:30am - perfect timing. . . I had just gotten up. Does life get any better than that? Brett was at a golf tournament so I had all day to lounge and enjoy the thrills of Harry Potter and eat chocolate chip cookies that my husband made!


Now I'm off to read some more. Go ahead.... make fun.

Charlie was laying on the floor the other night watching me make dinner and I looked over and said "Holy cow! When did he get so HUGE?" I guess my baby isn't a baby anymore.

But he still likes to run through the sprinklers on a hot day. I couldn't get him to wear goggles though ;)

I'm afraid I was not a dedicated blogger last weekend. My camera left my purse a total of two times. We were too busy playing with kids. CUTE KIDS! And I'm afraid we wont be allowed to babysit Carson anymore after keeping him out with us til midnight. We were just having too much fun!

We went camping... again... surprise! We rented a fishing boat and the three of us spent the day on the lake. We did a little fishing, a little sunning, a little swimming..... it was a great day.
