I can tell you are all torn up about it...I know its going to hard for you to have to stop exercising. I know it would be for me...hahahaha yeah right. tell charlie "way to go" from me.
You are definitely MY daughter. ANY excuse is a GOOD excuse. You live in Oregon, why do you need to exercise? I thought that's why people move to Oregon, so they don't have to.
What's with the Oregon comments?!?!?! C'mon!!! What a cute puppy. He is getting so BIG! So, you're going to rush right out and replace that exercise ball??
So, is using the ball the ONLY way you know how to exercise?? I know this personal trainer... ;)
If only the thought of exercising burned calories I would be tiny! At least Charlie for a good work out...that's gotta count for somethin!
